Snow Situations is managed by Juliet and Biff Marshall, a married couple originally from sunny Leigh-on-Sea in Essex who moved out to the Alps in 2011.

We are a vibrant company who focus on the best mountain locations (close to the pistes and near town), quality food & wine and making sure that our guests have the best possible holiday.

Everything we do is designed to take the stress away from skiing; we work with the best ski hire shop in Les Arcs next to the slope and ski school meeting point; the ski lifts, slopes and ski school are all within 5 minutes with the Lonzagne lift being 150 metres from the chalet. We are in the village centre with Greggs bar, the boulangerie, Sherpa supermarket, Le Bachal restaurant and le Crèmiere all on the same street. Heated boot warmers and ski racks are available in the chalet.

Our accompanied skiing sessions mean you do not need to worry about getting lost or knowing where to go for the best conditions on any given day – we will always get you back on time for ski school pick up and the pace will suit everyone with nobody being left behind. Skiing is supposed to be fun and our aim is to make it that way for our clients.

Arc Chalet Michka itself with its lounge area, log fire, sauna, pool table and terraces is designed to provide the perfect environment for both post ski fun and relaxation with hearty food and good house wine with dinner ensuring a perfect end to a perfect day.
